Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Groton, CT

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure, or eligibility to acquire
- Experience in pediatric settings, ideally in schools
- SLP-CCC preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and in-person therapy models
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and virtual speech-language therapies to students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders
- Document progress and update IEPs in collaboration with school teams
- Communicate goals and progress to parents, teachers, and staff
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in meetings and support educational staff as a speech-language resource
