Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Norwich, Connecticut

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and certification required
- ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
