School Speech Language Pathologist - El Nido, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials (or eligibility)
- California state licensure, or the ability to obtain prior to start
- Familiarity with school-based services, IEP processes, and K-12 caseloads
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset and adaptable approach to both virtual and in-person service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse student population
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Help students achieve academic and social success by providing direct therapy and consulting with teachers and families
- Maintain timely data collection, progress notes, and compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for every student
