Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Washington State SLP certification required
- Possession of SLP-CCC credential
- Experience supporting students in a school environment is highly desirable
- Confident interacting with diverse age groups, including elementary, middle, and high school students
- Skilled in tailoring assessments and interventions for a variety of disabilities
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across multiple grade levels
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans to support student goals
- Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and continuous professional development
