Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification in Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Prior experience servicing students in school settings preferred
- Flexibility to work with children across all grade levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely progress documentation
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to generalize skills across settings
- Adapt interventions to address various disability levels and educational goals
