We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite services for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a supportive school setting focused on helping students with a broad range of disabilities—from mild to severe—achieve their communication potential.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification in Washington State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Prior experience servicing students in school settings preferred
  • Flexibility to work with children across all grade levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Organizational skills to manage caseloads and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with a range of speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely progress documentation
  • Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to generalize skills across settings
  • Adapt interventions to address various disability levels and educational goals
