School Speech Language Pathologist - Woodland, Washington

Your expertise will make a difference for students with a range of mild to severe disabilities. Full-time hours are offered, Monday through Friday, for 7 hours each day. This dynamic setting allows you to apply your knowledge across grade levels and provide support where it’s most needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist certification
- Completion of the Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Direct experience working in school settings with diverse caseloads
- Strong understanding of communication disorders in children and adolescents
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt interventions for a wide range of needs and disabilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with various disabilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed records for compliance and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and support educational goals
- Foster an encouraging and inclusive learning environment
