Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school-based settings is highly valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and educational staff
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluations
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students with speech-language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document ongoing student performance
