Make an impact supporting students’ communication growth during the 2026-2027 school year as a contract speech-language pathologist working onsite with elementary through high school levels. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with learners across a range of disabilities—mild through severe—helping them build essential speech, language, and communication skills in an educational environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience delivering school-based SLP services to students ages K-12
- Comfort supporting learners with various disabilities and adapting therapies accordingly
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and team members
- Ability to maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services onsite across elementary, middle, and high school age ranges
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized plans and measurable student goals
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to support IEP meetings and student progress
- Communicate regularly with educators and parents on student needs and progress
- Maintain compliance with district and state requirements for documentation
The position offers a steady weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 7 hours daily) so you can truly invest in student success.
