Position Details:
- Full-time assignment, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Contract runs from August 3rd through May 28th
- Manage a TK-8th grade caseload, serving up to 60 students
- Deliver therapeutic services to enhance language, articulation, and social communication skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Complete necessary documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed ensuring measurable improvements
- Utilize engaging, evidence-based strategies to meet a variety of speech and language needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children across TK-8th grade levels
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Organized and skilled in managing caseload documentation and timelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
