Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Tracy, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy services for various speech, language, and communication needs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of up to 60 TK-8th grade students, delivering therapy and intervention as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive reports for eligibility and ongoing progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student supports
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and records per district and state guidelines
- Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment

- Contract position, full-time
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- School year assignment: August 3rd – May 28th
- Serve students across transitional kindergarten through 8th grade
