Key Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is strongly desired.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning TK through 8th grade.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing the communication needs of students and developing individualized intervention plans.
- Delivering evidence-based therapy in group and individual settings.
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation and progress notes in accordance with school guidelines.
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Providing guidance and training on communication strategies for classroom staff.
Role Details:
- Full-time contract position (August 3rd – May 28th).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Caseload consists of up to 60 TK-8th grade students, allowing you to build meaningful connections and create measurable growth across grade levels.
