What We’re Looking For:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience within school settings, preferably serving elementary and middle grades
- Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and implementing evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Dedication to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of up to 60 students across grades TK-8
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining complete and timely documentation
- Deliver direct therapy and provide consultative support for students’ diverse needs
- Utilize data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, providing structure and work-life balance. Enjoy the fulfillment of guiding students’ communication skills from the first day of school into summer break.
