You’ll work with a diverse caseload, partnering with educators and families to help each child reach their potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy services for various speech, language, and communication needs
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of up to 60 TK-8th grade students, delivering therapy and intervention as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive reports for eligibility and ongoing progress
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student supports
  • Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records per district and state guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment

Role Details:

  • Contract position, full-time
  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • School year assignment: August 3rd – May 28th
  • Serve students across transitional kindergarten through 8th grade
