Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with school-aged children (preferably TK-8th grade)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 60 students effectively
- Positive, flexible attitude and genuine passion for student support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify communication disorders and speech/language needs in students
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions individually and in groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Participate in student support meetings, IEP teams, and professional development activities
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements
