Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Possess a valid Arizona SLP license
- Arizona Educator Certificate is required
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card is current and active
- Previous school-based SLP experience is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to identified students from PreK through 8th grade
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to the development of IEPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Manage and adjust therapy interventions based on student data and evolving needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all local and state regulations
- Consult and provide resources for staff and parents regarding student communication and language needs
