School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Liberty, Missouri

Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license for Missouri
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience with school-based speech-language caseloads, especially elementary-aged students
- Strong case management abilities and comfort supervising/mentoring SLP-Assistants
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a balanced caseload of 21 students, with a total of 76 service-provider students including those managed by you
- Coordinate and deliver speech-language services per student IEPs
- Oversee and collaborate with the onsite SLP-A, supported by another SLP supervising the SLP-A
- Complete required documentation and progress reports accurately and promptly
- Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ success
- Actively contribute ideas and feedback as part of a dynamic school-based therapy team
This is a full-time, 35-hour-per-week position running from August 25, 2026 to May 27, 2027. With a structured schedule and the chance to make a measurable difference, you’ll find each day fulfilling as you help students build essential communication skills.
