Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP certification required)
- Valid Missouri SLP licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous school-based SLP experience, especially with elementary-age children, preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 21 students, providing case management and direct speech therapy services
- Serve a total of 76 students as a direct service provider (including those you case manage), with SLP-A support
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to create and implement IEPs
- Oversee and support the SLP-A in coordination with the supervising in-house SLP
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in school meetings as needed
