Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP certification
- Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with elementary-aged students
- Missouri licensure or eligibility required
- Demonstrated ability to provide case management, assessments, and direct treatment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 76 students, with 21 students to case manage directly
- Oversee and coordinate with an on-site SLP-Aide, with in-house SLP support available for supervision
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services delivered
- Participate actively in school-based meetings and professional development opportunities
