Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure as an SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in school environments, particularly with elementary-age caseloads
- Strong case management and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with SLP-A staff, teachers, and administrators
- Passion for making a difference in students’ educational journeys
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 21 students, serving as their direct case manager
- Act as service provider for a total of 76 students (including those case managed)
- Coordinate and deliver speech-language services, including assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring
- Oversee the SLP-A’s daily activities in partnership with in-house SLP supervision
- Maintain compliance with all school, state, and federal guidelines
- Engage with families, staff, and the broader school community to support student success
