Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Missouri SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain before assignment start)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
- Experience with elementary caseloads and supervising/mentoring SLP-Assistants is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload including 21 case-managed students (elementary level)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a total of 76 students (with SLP-A support)
- Supervise, collaborate, and case manage alongside another in-house SLP
- Write and update IEPs, maintain documentation, and communicate with staff/parents
- Ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines and local school policies
