What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Missouri SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in a school setting; familiarity with elementary caseloads preferred
- Strong case management and communication skills
- Collaboration mindset to work effectively with SLP-As and supervising SLPs
- Ability to provide therapy and manage documentation efficiently
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee an elementary caseload, serving as case manager for 21 students within a larger group of 76
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Coordinate with and support an SLP-A (2-3 days/week) under the direction of an in-house SLP supervisor
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines
- Engage with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
