Key Qualifications:

- Ability to work collaboratively with SLP-Assistants and supervise as needed
- Commitment to providing individualized, evidence-based interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary case manager for 21 students, overseeing assessment, documentation, and individualized education plans
- Provide speech and language services for a caseload totaling 76 students (including those case managed)
- Collaborate with an onsite SLP-A, with additional support and supervision available through in-house professionals
- Coordinate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student progress and goal attainment
- Maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing student evaluations
