Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible for state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status welcomed
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working onsite with K-12 students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide evidence-based interventions in group and individual sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Monitor and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-related team activities
This role offers a competitive pay range of $45 to $55 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as a 401(k) plan.
