Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or K-12 settings is highly valued
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering individualized and group therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with educators, parents, and administrators
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic onsite speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans aligned with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Maintain clear documentation and comply with federal, state, and district requirements
- Offer expertise at IEP meetings and contribute to school-based initiatives
