Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold or be eligible for a New Mexico SLP licensure.
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, open to new graduates.
- Background in school-based or healthcare speech-language pathology recommended.

- Willingness to work with K-12 students, adapting to varying developmental stages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students from kindergarten through twelfth grade.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning.
- Provide therapy sessions both individually and in small groups.
- Participate in meetings, provide staff training, and contribute to a positive school culture.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
