Qualifications:
- Active or eligible New Mexico Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or working toward completion
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles is advantageous, though new grads will receive full consideration
- Ability to build strong rapport with K-12 students, staff, and families
- Adaptable and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services utilizing evidence-based interventions

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
