Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs collaboratively
- Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans to address each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
