Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure in the state of New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school-based settings is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide speech services across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans for students
- Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and submit required reports
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies
- Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment
