Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Ability to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Previous school-based experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across various grade levels
- Develop tailored intervention plans to address individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the development of educational strategies
- Provide direct therapy as well as consultative support to school staff
