What you bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Recent experience in school settings, especially with diverse student populations across grades
  • Strong collaboration skills for teaming up with educators, families, and support staff
  • Confidence conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress
  • Knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation requirements
  • Adaptable, proactive approach to supporting students’ individual needs

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Perform evaluations and standard assessments to identify speech or language disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and goals aligned with students’ educational programs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to facilitate student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and supporting compliance
  • Maintain thorough records, progress notes, and documentation as required by the school and district policies
  • Offer training and resources to staff and families as needed
