- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist

- Flexibility in managing dynamic caseloads across various grade levels

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students at multiple school sites
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in collaboration with general and special education teams
- Facilitate direct and consultative therapy sessions, adapting approaches for elementary, middle, and high school students
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing clinical insight and advocating for appropriate student supports
- Document progress, manage case records, and communicate results and recommendations to teachers and families
- Provide guidance to school staff and families regarding strategies for supporting communication needs in classroom and home settings
