What You’ll Do:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students as required
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings that is tailored to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team discussions
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
