- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and monitor student progress
- Document sessions and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support classroom integration
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaborations
