Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in progress
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on student progress and planning
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Offer consultation and support to educators and families to promote student success
