Desired Qualities & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligibility for Florida SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC and SLP-CF candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong commitment to positive student outcomes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible and open to travel within the district or to other locations, as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions, both in-person and virtually, depending on assignment
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district policies
