Key Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
- CCC-SLP credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience or strong interest in school-based work for children and adolescents
- Strong interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with students, staff, and families
- Comfort working onsite in varied school environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, interventions, and individualized therapy for students with diverse speech-language needs
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of student progress and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with educational teams to design effective treatment plans
- Attend meetings, contribute to IEPs, and support robust communication among stakeholders
- Adapt therapy approaches according to best practices and student responsiveness
