Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
- State of Florida licensure (or eligibility)
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to work with diverse student populations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and meet compliance requirements
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services in a variety of educational settings
