What We’re Looking For:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in the state of Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Capable of managing a caseload of elementary students, grades K–4
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) are not eligible for this assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for K-4 students
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other service providers to enhance student progress
- Provide ongoing support, consultation, and training to school staff and parents as needed
