Desired Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Valid Georgia Educator Certificate
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with elementary-aged students
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for K-5 students
- Create and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct therapy services and consult with teachers regarding classroom strategies
- Maintain accurate records and regular communication with families
- Participate in IEP meetings and district professional development activities
