Ideal candidates will possess:
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Valid Georgia Educator Certificate
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with K-5 student populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services tailored to students’ individual education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
- Conduct assessments, write IEP goals, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop creative, engaging therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to educators and caregivers
This opportunity is Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week during the school day, allowing for evenings and weekends to be your own.
