Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lancaster, CA

Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates considered
- Valid state license (or ability to obtain) for practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings welcomed
- Knowledge of school-based IEP processes and therapy documentation
- Passion for working collaboratively with students, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and consultative services to a K-12 student population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain detailed and timely records of student progress and service delivery
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support academic and social success
- Provide training or in-class support as needed
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive therapy environment
