Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lancaster, California

Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) holders are encouraged to apply. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- California SLP license or eligibility required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
- Preferred background in school-based or pediatric SLP services
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative school environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 55 students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Deliver engaging group and individual interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment
