Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Edwards, California

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with active or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally within school or healthcare environments.
- Proficient in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and managing school-based caseloads.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability and a commitment to fostering student success in a school setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with general and special education staff, sharing insights and strategies for student support.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Develop tailored therapy plans aligned with curriculum and individual student needs.
- Serve as a resource for families and staff regarding communication development and strategies.
