Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lancaster, CA

You'll be working directly with a high school caseload, delivering on-site services in an engaging and collaborative setting. There’s potential to extend into summer or renew your commitment for future school years, offering long-term growth for the right candidate.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology licensure or credential required (CCC preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year or CFY candidates considered)
- Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations, particularly in school-based or healthcare environments
- Background in providing direct therapy, assessments, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring
- Comfort utilizing teletherapy platforms a plus, but all therapy is delivered on-site
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Supportive of inclusive practices and culturally responsive care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language services to high school students
- Complete screenings, assessments, and evaluations as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all district and state requirements
- Serve as a resource for teachers and families
