Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active licensure as an SLP in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with early intervention and ECSE populations a plus
- Flexibility and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in early intervention (home-bound; paired with another therapist, July–October)
- Provide services to ECSE students in local learning centers (November–January), occasionally traveling within Douglas County
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and support IEP meetings
- Document progress and maintain required reports and records
