Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP-CCC and state licensure (or eligibility) in Florida
- Experience in school-based settings (preferred)
- Comfort working with students across K-12 levels
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy to students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all guidelines
- Provide consultation and resources for school staff regarding speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student needs effectively
