Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Texas SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Prior experience providing SLP services in a school-based environment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy to a dedicated caseload of eight students
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educational staff and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to school and state requirements
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere
