Qualifications & Experience:
- Active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidacy welcomed
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and communication with educators and families
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
