Speech Language Pathologist in Kasson, MN

This role runs from December 14, 2026, through April 30, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours weekly (7:45 am - 3:45 pm) and encompasses impactful work with a caseload of approximately 57 elementary learners.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP licensure/certification as required for school-based practice
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and due process documentation
- Ability to provide leadership and supervise a Tier 2 SLP at the secondary level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and team members
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-5 students
- Conduct IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely due process records
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized goals for students’ growth
- Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to ensure holistic support
- Supervise and mentor a Tier 2 SLP colleague at a secondary campus
- Participate in staff meetings and actively contribute to a positive school environment
