ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Kansas City, Missouri.
This opportunity involves supporting an elementary school caseload consisting of 5th and 6th-grade students during the full 2026–2027 school year. The SLP will manage a caseload of 9 students while providing services for approximately 42 students, making a meaningful impact through direct therapy, progress monitoring, and collaborative educational planning.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking to work in a supportive school setting while helping students reach their communication goals and achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students in 5th and 6th grade
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings as a member of the multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
• Active Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Employment Details
• Full-Time: 37.5–40 hours per week
• Student Population: Elementary School (5th & 6th Grade)
