Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience with school-based SLP services, particularly working with students on IEPs
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 45 students in a half-day AM/PM program
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech-language therapy to students with IEPs
- Develop and implement weekly lesson plans focused on IEP goals
- Track and report student progress three times per year
- Write and manage IEPs, schedule/lead team meetings (case manager role)
- Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLC), arrival/dismissal duties, district PD, and other assigned duties
