What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting communicative goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy in group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain detailed progress notes and conduct regular evaluations
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families for holistic student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
