Your caseload will include up to 45 students in a flexible AM/PM half-day program. You'll provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services with a focus on delivering individualized education and helping each student reach their full potential.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure/certification for schools
- Experience working with students in educational settings
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Commitment to maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students with IEPs
- Create weekly lesson plans tailored to unique student needs
- Focus instruction in alignment with outlined IEP goals
- Monitor and report student progress toward goals three times annually
- Develop and implement IEPs, coordinating as case manager as needed
- Schedule and lead IEP team meetings
- Participate actively in professional learning communities and required professional development
- Assist with student arrival, dismissal, and any other program responsibilities as assigned
