School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Charles, Missouri

Step into a rewarding role as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting student success in an engaging educational environment near Saint Charles, MO. For the 2026-2027 school year, there are two flexible contract opportunities available:
- One position provides part-time coverage for a 1/2 day program (AM or PM). Hours are 8:45am to 10:45am, from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027 (taking school calendar adjustments like snow days into account).
- The second role is a full-time, eight-week maternity leave position, set to begin November 10, 2026.
You’ll work closely with up to 45 students, delivering targeted speech-language services to ensure each student’s communication goals are met.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and eligibility to practice in schools
- SLP-CCC or CFY accepted
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload in a school setting
Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language pathology services for students with IEPs
- Develop and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with individual goals
- Track and report on goal progress three times during the year
- Serve as case manager: schedule and lead IEP meetings with educational teams and families
- Participate in Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings, arrival/dismissal duties, and professional development with district staff
- Additional duties as assigned, supporting overall student achievement
