Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Familiarity with IEP process and compliance
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working onsite exclusively
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech-language assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support academic progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance records
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and team consultations
- Provide education and resources to families and staff, supporting the overall learning environment
