As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a key role in supporting students’ speech and language development for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite contract opportunity working with an engaging elementary caseload at a single, welcoming school location.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Possession of a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students, addressing individual IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs and progress
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development as needed
- Support a positive school climate through advocacy and education
