Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY applicants welcome
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable working onsite in an educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to achieve student goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records per district and state requirements
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions onsite at a single, supportive school location
