Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–3:30 PM (1-hour lunch included)
School Year: 2026–2027

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person speech and language services for K–8 students during the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based position offers a manageable caseload, limited site travel, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person speech-language therapy services to students in grades K–8.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Conduct speech and language assessments as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation.
- Track student progress and update goals as appropriate.
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Ensure compliance with school, district, state, and federal special education requirements.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Position Highlights

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
