- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desired.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and caregivers to facilitate the generalization of skills outside of therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and student support activities.
