Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure in Missouri
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship candidates welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in accordance with IEP/504 plan requirements
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and coaching to students and educational staff
- Advocate for students’ language and communication needs
