Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome
- Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
- Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language services as required
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations as a valued team member
- Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development
