Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress toward established goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to meetings as required
- Provide interventions in both individual and group settings
- Educate staff and families on best practices for communication support
